Most purchased items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must:

To do the return you will be required to give your order number and what you want to get back. You will be taken through the process of returning through our staff.

Shipping Returns

The refund fee will be on your own lot and you are supposed to create a means of receiving it back to us. We highly encourage the usage of a trackable shipping, and retaining your shipping receipt as evidence of return.

Refunds

When we get your returned item received and checked we will issue your refund. The average money being refunded is 10 business days and the refunds will be made to the same method of payment used to make a purchase. It should be pointed out that original sales shipping fees cannot be refunded.
